I have a friend who was t-boned in Oregon City, OR by a drunk driver. Since the accident occured in Oregon, the insurance claims that the car repairs must be done in Oregon. He has already talked to both WA and OR state Attorney Generals but they both said that his venue transfer would most likely be denied.
So, where is the best collision repair facility in the Portland area?

When I had a off road experience in the S last year, I was recommended a shop off of Powell Blvd. Sam's Auto Body and Paint, 3320 SE 50th, (503) 771 3131.
They did great work and matched my paint perfectly. It was somewhat reassuring that there was also a 996, XJ, and E430 in there at the time. I would go to them again if needed. <knock on wood>

Mine is at Kadel's on 82nd Dr. in Clackamas (about 10-15 mins from Oregon City). There was another S there along with mine. I've had other cars in there as well and I'll keep going back as long as they repeat the quality they have done in the past.

He says that Sam's (on 50th and powell) does the best work and is the most legit. He always has top of the line cars in there which is always re-asuring . Good luck!
