You selling AGAIN?
Well timing is not right or I would have actually bought a 2nd s2000 of you man...hahaha
Good luck in your house ventures - it is the best move trust me! I have 2 homes in the Portland metro area now and each time I refinance I chuckle at how the equity can easily buy me two s2000's sometimes
We're looking at downtown lofts in Portland right now but my advice is to do it fast....the quicker you get into real estate the faster you can own more toys.

no problem, it's just sitting on a shelf.
and yes, buying the house is the best thing you could ever do. Especially around here where we all all getting priced out of the market fast.
I am very happy with my house, i woulda sold my sk2 to get it if i had to.

Damn all you crazy S-owners have P-cars too! wow, that drive looks like Skyline Blvd. near my house
The Cayman S is a sweet ride - gotta love that motor! Had a chance to drive the Cayman S and 997 Turbo back to back and both are crazy rides with different handling characteristics.
