Most anything can be fixed, the concern is having it fixed right.
A good body/frame shop is mandatory. There have been a few threads in the past on body shops, there are a number of good suggestions, and several to stay away from.
Does the car have a salvage title at this point? That is a bigger issue as even though you fix the car it will still be a dark cloud over the car if you sell it.

...i'll take the passenger fender cover liner if its still good, the aem intake, and driver side soft top latch. let me know when you decid to part. thanks
