It's easy enough that i did it myself...
Tools:
jack stands
wratchet/socket
tranny fluid
pump
You need to put the car on jackstands. There is a filler plug and a drain plug. Take off the filler plug FIRST, then the drain plug (you dont want to drain it and then not be able to take the filler plug off!)... when drained, put the drain plug back in and start pumping the new stuff into the tranny... then take the car off jack stands and you're done.

Its too easy.
The hardest part for me was finding a way to get the fluid into the tranny.
You can buy a little pump that can attach to the top of the fluid bottle.
Be careful not to strip you differential drain bolt treads like i did...

Another thing you can do instead of getting a pump is using the lid of the differential fluid bottle and tape some tubing on it and screw it on the trannsmission fluid bottle and insert the tube in the tranny fill hole and squeeze.
I recommend getting the newest Honda MTF.

It doesn't take long IF you can get the plugs off/out. The ramps didn't give me enough room. The short wrench didn't give me enough leverage. I tried again this afternoon. I used the front left wheel on some wood to get it high enough for my floor jack; raised the front left with the floor jack using the front of the second (correct) tab and lowered onto the jack stand at the back of the same tab; removed the fill then drain plug using my torque wrench (with a longer handle) set at its highest torque setting (it did take a little snap to break free - the extra leverage made the difference!!); drained the old fluid; replaced the drain plug with a new washer (torque - 29 lbf-ft); pumped in the new fluid (nearly 2 quarts) with a small hand pump purchased at O'Reillys; lowered the car to drain to bottom of the fill hole (total amount should be 1.56 US quart); replaced fill plug with a new washer (torque - 33 lbf-ft); cleaned area with old rag; lowered the car; enjoyed a short drive with a smoother gear change... it felt somewhat smoother but maybe just the satisfaction of working on the car... :-)
For jack and jack stand placement see
I do need to reshoot that photo with the car cleaner ;-) The second tab is between 17 and 23 although around 14 back to 23 seemed OK.
