Default Christmas Present?

Hello. I do not own an S2K, but you know I wish I did. They are fine automobiles. Whilst Christmas shopping for someone who owns an S, someone who posts to this board and attends meets and drives periodically, I came across a Vintage Honda "Wing" Logo t-shirt. Ignorantly I bought it, but later doing some research found that this logo promotes Honda's motocross division. My question to the S2000 connoisseurs out there is: 'Would a respectable S2000 owner appreciate the shirt or should I get my money back because no S fanatic would dig something promoting an unrelated Honda product?' It's a cool shirt, but is it barking up the wrong tree? Thanks in advance.

If it was the right size I'd rock it.

I guess it depends on whether or not the gift recipient is picky about that kinda stuff. A lot of people aren't aware that the Honda wing emblem relates to powersports specifically, so he/she might not be aware as well. In the end, I suppose it's the thought that counts. Although it could potentially turn into an awkward situation if he/she is wearing the shirt and someone else saw it knowing what it symbolizes and that someone was to start up a conversation like "oh hey, what kinda bike (or ATV or watercraft) do you ride?"

...to which correct response would be. "I have the four-wheeled bike"

Reply- "Oh you own an S2000? Thats awesome!"

Perfect.

That just makes the shirt a conversation piece!
