Default Would anyone be willing to help assemble a F20C?

Well I recently had my engine at a shop here in columbus called Fast Racing. I had full trust in these guys because they build a few of my friends engines and did a great job. Well last week unfortunatly the owner Bruce passed away from a heart attack. I found out this week the family is wanting to close up the shop so Ill be picking up my engine. I figured before i went on another search for a shop I trust maybe someone here would be willing to give me a hand. Im sure I could get all the specialty tools necessary from friends or through my work and I should have everything else.

Right now I have pretty much everything to assemble the engine except bearings.
It is actually a sleeved engine and I have some new CP pistons and Pauter rods. I would be more than willing to pay someone to come out and give me a hand. Ultimatly I would like to do this as a learning experience and I was hoping someone out there would enjoy helping me assemble this engine.

So if anyone out there would like to Im in the columbus area and Ill be getting the engine on a stand and ready

The crank and bearing part of assembly is the most critical. I wouldn't even attempt it. You learn on a junk motor not one that you can kill in a couple minutes of running if a bearing is to "tight".

I know this. Im not going to screw anything up, but engine building is not rocket science. I know you can ruin a engine easily thats kind of a no brainer, but anyone with the right tools and the patience to double/triple check everything can assemble a engine. I have built engines before, just not a block that splits in to two halfs like the F20 does. Im not looking for this to turn into a "you cant do this" post. I can do this and I will because I truely want to build a F20 hands on. I was just looking to see if anyone out there with experience would be willing to give a helping hand.

Thanks
Jordan.

My last engine my friends helped me put together. And if you know anything about rotarys they arent simple to rebuild:P

I have not done a motor in a looooong time. The last one I did you used plasti-gauge to check clearances. I wonder if that stuff is still used? I think the hardest part of a honda is getting the cam fingers for the VTEC all lined up. At this point can you use the factory bearing sizes?
