A "gumball" type rally that is affordable, beats the hell out of paying 10K+ to go on the players run and gumball rallies, and there is still lots of exotics attending.

hmmmm, I know I could get PBC to do a small sponsorship (~ $250-500), I could probably get FOBL to sponsor around ~ $500 - $1000.....now all you have to do is ask 1 or 2 of your "well-off" neighbors and we're off!
