Okay, folks, here is the deal with the badge. After talking things over a few months back with my fellow CO, we came to the agreement that the badge should go to Owners who live in Ohio.
However, I had already given the badge to various others, for various reasons, who don't really meet the criteria prior to having that discussion with Carmen. And since I didn't quite have the heart to remove the badge from those people, well, they are still on the list. Going forward we are trying to keep it to Owners who live in Ohio. And anyone who sits on Ray's car, of course. Bonus points if you somehow damage the paint on his front bumper.
