Ok, I can't really say much, but what I can say:
Our lawyers are in the midst of discussions, and more than likely he will end up trying to defend himself in court. Obviously I can't disclose details here, but when I can, they will be.
What disappoints me is that there is an inherent trust that comes with being a member of this community, and that trust was used to his advantage. When I tried to resolve the matter with him personally, instead of making an amicable agreement, he instead disconnects his cell phone so I can't reach him, and blocks all PMs. Not the way a real member of the community would handle it.
