What happened to the mild winter?

I heard the weather man say we have not had sub-zero temps in December since 1989!

On a good note, these extremely cold temperatures will lower the freeze line, killing more bugs for next season. This, in turn, means I will spend more time enjoying the warmer months drivng since I will be spending less time cleaning bugs off the car.

If ODOT hadn't been so freggen zealous in the application of salt and brine I would have done the top down this morning.

But with all the salt I drove the C-Rex

I don't blame you one bit.

My dark grey TT looks white on the lower panels, no kidding.

From certain angles it looks pretty cool, though... well, until I think about the corroding effects of the salt!

I hear 3"-5" of snow is coming our way. Now this might be fun for practicing snow drifting techniques.
