97% humidity and a high dew point will give you fog everytime.

Let's not be too quick to complain about the weather. I drove thru a storm that had SNOW in it. I was in the Colorado Rockies at the 11200 foot level. The top of a few mountains had snow on them. . The temp was 39 degrees.
