want to see some sweet cars?
here's the deal...after a year of phone tag, I finally got a date set to go see a private car collection in Cinci, consisting mostly of Ferraris and Corvettes. I have an appointment Saturday at 10am with the guy....but my friend that was going with me backed out. We were going to spend the night at his house in Columbus tonight to break up the trip.....not happening now!
If anyone wants to go, and either can put me up tonight in Columbus, or split a motel, I want to see this collection, I'm not passing up this opportunity after all this time.

I wish I knew about this earlier, I live in cincy and would have loved to go see that but I have to work in the morning. If you are ever going again let me know I would love to see that!

Must be Harry Yeaggy's collection. I would have loved to get in there- he is very protective of his collection and rarely gives tours. The only other collection in cincy that can rival his is James Jaeger's. He has mostly older F-cars (I believe his newest is a 288gto), but he also has very rare Corvettes (Grandsport sn# 003), an original Ford GT40, and the granddaddy of them all, a one-off variant of the 250gto.
Have fun and take advantage of this rare opportunity (that means take lots of pics!).

Let us know how it was when you get back, and be sure to post any pics you have! I was visiting my dad today for his birthday and mentioned this and apparently he does a lot of work with Mr. Yeaggy and he could probably arrange for a private tour for me Let me know how it was and if it is worth bothering him for it (if it was indeed Mr. Yeaggy that you visited)
