Video of S2000 doing 151mph
I am pretty sure it is NA.
Aside from the fact that this guys is complete nut for pulling that kind of speed on public road, who can blame him!
, here is a little video that shows that NA S2000 is capable of well over 150mph. Then again speedo gets in accurate at that speed.

What I thought was funny was that this guy, who decides to 151 MPH on a public highway *at night*, also used his turn signal. Because not signaling a lane change could get you in trouble. Yeah.
