Default Transmission Fluid Change

After changing the rear diff over to Mobil 1 75w90, I now want to change the transmission before winter hits. The Honda MTF in it now is only 9k miles, but it feels like it is not as smooth as when new.

What fluids seem to work well for the S2? I have seen the GM, Pennzoil and Redline MTL all mentioned, but can seem to find any comparison between them. Is the GM Synchromesh really that good?

Thanks,
Dan

Are you using MTL or MT90? It appears that MT90 is too thick, but some people are using it.

MTL

LE607 in the diff

Redline 10W-30 in the engine

....now just shy of 25k
