Thread lock? Which is permanent?

Red (and green) need heat to remove, blue can be removed w/hand tools (or a really strong hand). Just used some blue over the weekend on my voodoo shift knob.

Red is considered permanent while blue is considered removable.
The permanent status of red is also dependent on the threads being cleaned properly and the use of primer where needed.

I use blue on all of my brake components after a nasty and not-to-be-repeated incident of a bolt backing out.
It holds well but is definitely not permanent.
