Red face They got him, Fillmatic w/ Final Level Garage
They picked up Phillip Singleton yesterday

2 counts of Grand Theft
2 counts of Mock Auction
2 counts of Alt Dataefraud
1 count of UnAuth use of ID

$365,000 in total bail

....he goes to court on tuesday.......

Love it when the bad guy gets busted!! I'm not familiar with this situation as I havn't been on here long, what exaclty happened??

yep, this guy was going to walk free, he was out spending money & having fun.....it may have been a little bit of work & a major pia, but in the end it was worth my time

Vendor set up multiple group buys, collected thousands of dollars from across the country and even outside the country, then never sent out any products and simply thought he'd get away with it.... he even pledged to donate an exhaust (i think that's what it was) at Travis' Memorial BBQ in Cali when he passed away, they sold raffel tickets for it and he never donated it
