Glad to see this happening... it is a beautiful wagon design!
Let's hope they "designers" downplay the absolute "sales killing" "UGLY ASS"
"STUPID ART DECO LOCOMOTIVE GRILL MOTIF" that Acura seems to so willingly
embrace to their complete market share demise.
What great machines Acura makes , but stupid looking!!!!

I'm not a fan of any of the new Acura cars. I really wonder who designed that look and thought it was attractive. The TL interior I saw at one of the auto shows was very impressive and the SHAWD is a cool option for the TL this time around, but when you get out if the car.......vomit. I like the pic of the wagon. Looks nice from that angle.

People didn't like the Bangle design and bitched for the longest time... yet people kept buying them...
I'm not sure how sales of the new TL are doing but TSX sales appear to be pretty strong...I see them everywhere....

Yep,
Chris Bangle is gone now from BMW since February 2009. You may love or not love
his designs, but he didn't butcher the grill of any BMW. BMW isn't that stupid.
Bangles designs softened generation after generation and have become part of the
landscape. Much as Cadillac's stealth bomber hard edges and egg crate grill have
become a more appreciated with each new design release.
However, the Acura motif is still just UGLY, poorly executed art deco imitation, in
your face trash!! Designed it impress fellow designers who don't buy cars.
Ask any poor dealer that has to sell these beautifully engineered, technowiz cars
that are too funky looking to drop big bucks for... Lexus thanks you, Mercedes
thanks you, BMW thanks you !!!!
Please don't screw over this beautiful euro-designed wagon with your stupid North
American art department slapping silver & chrome wedges all over it!!!!
SOBER UP, ACURA!!!!!!! LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!! OR GIVE IT TO HONDA!!!!!
