Single Catback and Cold Air Intake, worth it?
Hey guys, hope you are all well. Spring time is here and the S is rolling on the street again and with spring has come about mod fever. I was originally thinking of puttting on some headers and a cold air but then read about needing to put on a piggyback onto the ECU when adding headers because they lean out the system too much. So I have switched to thinking about a cold air and single cat back, or those two and a high flow cat. Two questions, with adding cold air and single cat back (and maybe high flow cat) will I need to piggy back the ECU. Also will adding these componets help my midrange at all? Thanks in advace for the help.

Noise=Fujita CAI!!!
Note: Fujita is a 'Competition Air Intake". I don't believe that they make any claim to increased HP but the sound is worth it.

A testpipe is the most bang for the buck and makes a nice combo with intake and exhaust. While its not legal he in OH, it still makes at least a couple horsepower.
Whether or not its worth the money for all that is your choice, but the sound is deinately worth it to me.

I was really looking for a bit of mid-range punch then sound. Thought maybe going to a cold air and a single exhaust (vs. the silly factory dual) would give me 5 - 10 in the midrange. If I will only really be getting a sound improvement for $1000 - $1500 its not worth it to me. Unless I come up with some extra money . Thanks for your input.
