Cheryl and Ray are working to find a hotel in the Northern Columbus (Polaris) area. That will give a large number of us to stay in a central location and the ability to caravan up and back together as well.

I'm doing the camping at the track option $25 for the weekend, just bringing a tent, cooler of drinks and food, backpack of clothes, and possibly a little grill if they allow it. Hopefully it all fits in the trunk

I don't want to wait too long to book a room... always cheaper sooner. But we'd like in on this too... it's looking like Columbus is as close as we're gonna get.
