I just talked to Chase. The new S is a mid-engine flat 6 engine with 360 hp and 97ft/lbs of torque. The engine will rev to 16,000 rpms though. The head is 9-1 compression ratio with extra room in the engine bay to allow tuners the choice to supercharge or turbo. After market FI will only run about $2k because of the engine bay and the fully programmable (via USB and your computer) ECU. if you sign a special "off -roading" only waiver it will come with a test pipe. The body is pre-preg dry CF with an all aluminum skeletal frame. Weight is expected to be about 2100lbs even with me in it. The best part is it is only $395 more than the current model. Discuss.....

No stereo system as they will try to save the 5.1 lbs to put in 3 new cupholders behind our head like the Solstice.
