Default Right rear brake issues...

So i got home tonight from hangin out with some friends and when i go to back up into my garage i hear this creaking noise. I just think suspension no biggie. But thats when it triggers my memory and i have been hearing this noise for a few days. So i park the car and go look at the right rear brake, it there is a decient amount of heat radianting off of the brake caliper/rotor. And also it reekes of brakes. So i inspect the brakes pads and they look brand new, so then i check the brake fluid and its full. Im expecting the worse, and i really hope the caliper isnt seized- But has anyone else had these issues or hear of this issue?? Im pissed because i have only had this car for over a week, and a brake caliper is not cheap... Sooo Please help!

Jack the car up on that corner with the e-brake off and the car in neutral(block the front wheels so the car does not roll). If the wheel is hard to turn (some drag is normal), you will need to check a couple of things. If brake pads were recently put on check the following:
1. Over adjusted e-brake cables (to tight) Just an adjustment.
2. If the caliper piston was pressed in instead of rotated in durring a pad change, Replace caliper or rebuild with a new piston assembly.
3. Rusty caliper hardware.

So assuming the brake fluid was full, i check it and it wasnt so i put some in and it feels like it released the piston a little bit, but i think its seized- Soo how much is this going to cost me?? (And where do i post a want to buy and a forsale thread at?)

I hope i'm never in front of you when you need to stop suddenly. Wd40 isn't good for those seals and the rears should be rotated back instead of being pressed.
