After you guys left, I took a ride in Jeremy's car. You are right Gary. The car is well dialed in.
As far as I know here was able to do a few things that I couldn't.
Jeremy was braking deep, holding the corner at higher speed and the car felt much planted compared to stock suspension.
Brake Pads, R-compund tires, suspesnion and roll cage does make a huge difference. I would say, brake pads and r-compound tires made the biggest difference. I might be wrong though.

No big secrets guys.
Stock springs ('00 up front, '02 rear) & sway bars ('00 up front, '02 rear). Koni 2812 DA race shocks. Zero front toe, 1/16" total toe in for the rear. 2812s are normally on threaded bodies but these are fixed at stock height due to T2 rules. Shaved Victoracers 225 fr/245 rr (trying to finish these off as I'm running 255 normally).
I'm not even done dialing in the shocks yet, today I just ran the same settings from what I ran at Grattan. This is only my second time out with these dampers and race tires for the S2000. It may feel quick, but I'm still several seconds off pace from the rest of the T2 field for MidO. Just wait till the National next weekend when I get creamed. The wheelspin from the rear is not helping the issue. It really needs a clutch plate diff.
I'm glad everyone got a chance to ride along today. Tomorrow I plan to work some more with the data logger and try some different shift points. Plus looks like I'll be able to get the Z06 up there for a session. The DL1 datalogger is pretty slick. I'll get some analysis stuff posted later in the week probably over in the R&C forum.
As always, good to see everyone.

edit: more specifically Koni 2812 LB (long body) not MKII
