What exactly do you think you are you providing food for?
The cat only burns off those emissions that are not burned by the engine. If the engine is burning clean, then the cat is working less...which is the desired outcome. All you are doing is reinforcing my argument that it doesn't hurt anything to leave the cat on there so it can do its job. There is no argument you can make that will prove that not having a cat is ok for the environment, especially if you are running non-tuned and stock....that just plain stinks.
