Well; since the race is in Ohio the promoters wanted mostly Ohio owners but also MI,IN,KY,and Western PA are considered
The race in Watkins Glen would have been the best venue NE owners to be involved IMHO
If the owners that are closest to that race are interested in a similar decal program that we were involved in and the Florida group were back in March, I'm sure we can hook you up with a contact @ the IRL
You will need to have enough owners committed to it plus a safety margin of +5 over the attending drivers
We were +7 I think and had three cancel within the last 2weeks
