Nope. Since the company that makes the traffic cameras receives 50% of the revenue, they are not allowed to make it a criminal offense, but a civil offense, so if you don't pay the fines, instead of a warrant being issued, they send it to collections and ruin your credit.

The plate spray does not work. They just did a test on here. The spray only works if the camera flash is used and if the angle is just right at that perfect instace, but the flash is not always needed. Also, the camera system manufacturer and law enforcment know what angle the camera needs to be at to render this product useless. It may have been great 5 years ago, but like everything else, law enforcement catches up. They did not test the plate diffuser, but did mention that it is illegal along with any colored plate cover. The only thing that will work is to:
1) drive with no plate
2) Have a James Bond plate rotator
3) Lacate camera, place some C4 on it with a remote detonator!

We don't have any camera's in Y-town, but there is one SPEED CAMERA on Rt.422 between Y-town and Girard Ohio.
