Default Notice about Shawnee Hills

Today I was driving through Shawnee Hills on Glick Rd. That place is notorious for cops, so I was going 24mph in a 25mph zone. I passed a cop, who immediately pulled out behind me. The speed limit increased to 35mph, so I sped up to 35. He turned his lights on and pulled me over (by this point out of his jurisdiction). I kindly told him I was doing less than 25mph and asked why I was pulled over. He cut me short saying "I didn't say I pulled you over for speeding now did I?!" He cited me for no front license plate, then asked me about my exhaust, license plate cover, and tail lights. He spent 10 minutes looking through his book trying to find other things to cite me for. He also asked me why I "thought it was a good idea to gun it at the intersection." The moral of the story is I knew I was in cop central, I obeyed all traffic laws, and he went out of his way to pull me over and ticket me. Needless to say I am going to court and fighting all of this but I just wanted to warn anybody driving through Shawnee Hills that they will get you for ANYTHING they can possibly think of. I was doing nothing wrong and being as polite as possible but for some reason he felt the need to be an asshole and look for reasons to mess with me.

While in HS and driving a LOUD Mustang GT with off-road exhaust, tail light covers, head light covers, and a bangin stereo, I avoided Shawnee Hills for that very reason. Those POs have very little to do over there and they are just waiting for an opportunity like this.

Hmm. The triple digit run in a new S6 Friday night from El Vaquero wasn't a good idea I guess.

Yep. He had too much to drink The best part of the car is the sound. Every car should sound like a V10.
