Got the S out today. I had not driven it since thanksgiving. If you think people look at your S stock, wait until you do some bodywork or a CF hood. People were looking from all angels. It was starting to get annoying after a while.

Also, the car does not seem louder, but the vibration type of noise from my Comptech intake seems louder unless it is the hood vibrating since it is fiberglass bonded to the CF. I just adjusted the position of the intake just to make sure it was not out of place and if the noise remains, I will start to seal the gaps on the underside of the hood.

Overall, I am pleased with the hood. Makes the car look more aggressive and draws lots of attention.

BTW, top down today at 38 degrees!!!!

how was lunch? top down at 38 sounds like a nice sunday afternoon drive right now
thought about taking the S out tomorrow, but although the roads are dry high 14/low 0 probably doesn't help much with traction
bring some good weather so i can drive the S down to Columbus next weekend.
glad to hear that you're liking the hood

I had not driven the S in really cold temps before today. The tires spin all the way through 2nd gear. Felt like driving a Vette in the wet!!

If you thought it was bad during the day, you should have seen what it was like to drive later that night after I got out of the Blue Jackets game and the temps had dropped down even lower! Or try rolling through a puddle of water and then getting on an on-ramp and attempting to accelerate!

Anyway, the hockey game was pretty cool. That was the first I had been to, actually the first time I'd been inside Nationwide.
