Since this thread started out being about cosmetic mods, I might as well post here. Yesterday I decided to pull my windshield tape. I think it looks great!!! The only downside was there were two small spots with a number of very very light scratches. Wet sanded and used some rubbing compound and you don't even notice them anymore. All in all, a well spent 20 minutes! Pics will follow if I can get a good shot at this hour...
