Moving to Ohio
Hey everyone. I am moving to Ohio(around kings island area) from Oklahoma. So I know no resources or anything for my S! Some help would be great. Thanks

Welcome to the Buckeye State!
The best resources are the s2k sites. Ask a question, get an answer. I know the local guys have their preferences for dent removal, alignment, wheel rehab -- that sort of stuff.
When are you moving?

^ was going to ask the same thing.... i'll be in the kings island area in one month for the ATP Tourny (across the street from kings island)
the cinci area is definitely going to be your closest group for gtg and meeting other s2k owners...
If you are in town by September, I'd highly recommend signing up for DBR as well

Oh really, did you ever go to any of the BMT events in Northern Arkansas? I just moved back to Ohio from Louisiana. BMTs were a good time, and now I need to figure out some new roads. I am guessing there will be some good ones around Cinci or maybe over towards Athens.

Welcome to Ohio.
Best road in Ohio (IMHO) is Ohio Route 555, in southeastern Ohio. Just be very careful the first time you run it. There are no guardrails and very few signs to tell you which way the road goes. Also, there are many large trees just a few feet off the road, and some places where gravel roads intersect and drag some gravel across 555.
Still worth the drive. Go to Marietta and drive OH 555 north into Zanesville, then go east and catch US26 south back to Zanesville. Great, great round trip.

I don't know where in Ohio you are, but if near Cincinnati, check out http://www.s2kcincinnati.com/forum/s...-Drives-Thread. Also www.motorcycleroads.us is a good starting point.

Welcome to Ohio..... you picked the best part of the state to move to... the southwest corner!
We get together in Cincy for drives every so often...... Just keep an eye out here and on s2kca......
Northern KY has some nice roads also!

I have heard that the 555 is a good drive. I was thinking of sometime going down to Cinci, driving down alongside the ohio river till I meet up with the 555, take that up to the Columbus area, then head back over to Sidney/Dayton. Make a complete day out of it.
