New Albany is 5 to 10 minutes to Westerville.

May also want to check out Lewis Center. Very close to Westerville and easy to get to Children's straight down 71. Takes my wife 15-20 minutes or so to get to work and back.

Lots of newer apartments in the area and likely some with garages.

Awesome! Thanks so much guys! I am heading up there in probably a month to check them all out. Any suggestions of where to hang out in Columbus? I just saw the Man Vs. Food episode there so I want to check out the Thurman Cafe for the burgers.

I've lived down town for a few years at this point. Having sold my home in the burbs and purchased a condo in a more urban environment, i've been nothing but happy. My condo is ~2000 sq ft, 2 car attached garage, and a private roof top-terrace. I'm ~1 mile from Children's hospital. One of my neighbors is one of the bariatric & cardio-thor surgeons there. Let me know if you'd like a tour of the area. I also know the developer leases one or two of the units in this complex should it appeal to you.

That sounds pretty good, Blake.

I was also going to suggest Grandview.

Great, great area with a lot of established neighborhoods, friendly people, having a somewhat urban flavor with ability to walk rather than drive (if you want) to many of the businesses, and easy access to downtown.

I'll second Grandview. My wife and i both work there, and if we were to move anywhere else in Columbus, it would be there.

For the winter, if you plan on driving your S, you will need snow tires. I'm using Blizzaks on AP1 wheels.

Take a look at The Gardens at Polaris. Single bdrm w/ attached garage for ~900/mo, or less than that if you choose detached garage. Literally < 1 mile away from I-71, so it should be convenient. Also, it's right next to Polaris, and a short drive from Easton.
