Semi quiet dual exhaust, anyone local (cleveland area) have one for sale?

 

$500 - OEM AP2 V1's - 20,000 miles, good condition, 2 curb marks on the right side. Front right curb mark is about 2 inches long, rear right is about 1.5 inches long. See close up pics for better details. These have OEM Bridgestones on them with 25% tread left.

$350 - RC 650cc injectors with clips. These came with my SOS super charger kit I bought used from SOS. I never used them, SOS only used them on the dyno.

Car's getting fuel, but no spark. Ive also forgot to mention I installed 4 new plugs.
1.3L 2Rotor TwinTurbo
92k miles (motor supposedly rebuilt 6k mi ago, gaskets etc, no ports)

Problems it has are the Tach fluctuates from time to time, which is normal from what Ive learned, and also at the moment will not start. I am trying to pin down the problem but do not have much time due to work. It cranks, but doesnt start. Possibly flooded, blown fuse, weak spark, loose ground. Recently Ive driven to work a couple times but then we had a quick overnight snowstorm and I left it sitting in the garage for about a week and now have this problem. Like I said I do not have much time to mess with it and could really use another car. It runs very well with exception to this problem.
