I lowered my drivers side seat this past weekend, man what a difference, my legs have an additional 2''-3'' of legroom and my elbow sits very nice on the center console. It took me about 5-6 hours worth of work but it was well worth the results. If you are 6' or over I strongly reccomend you doing this. This does not affect the seatback height though, just the lower part of the seat, so both seats look even when looking at the front of the car.

I'm 6'5" and I fit fine in mine....can't sit in the passangers seat though.
