How much extra money will this cost consumers in buying a car in Ohio? I'm sure Mullaly isn't telling everybody this will cost the consumer at least a couple hundred bucks to redesign the electrical, radio, and ECU systems.

It doesn't sound like they understand the technology fully, because the signal can be easily blocked by a well placed piece of steel. Or better yet, just disconnect the damn antenna first thing.

Also, I thought the key to moving violations is that they have to ticket the offending driver. Why am I to get a ticket when I let somebody borrow my car to run errands?

5th Amendment issues:

Are you forced to pay for a machine, you don't want, that will eventually convict you?

So you can pay more money to the people who forced you to buy the machine in the

first place...

Unfortunately, they seem to have already gotten this issue thru the courts...

Red light cameras are legal in a number of states.... have have been challenged in court, and upheld!

This looks to be one of those times when all car clubs need to get together and start writing and calling our state reps...

The Bill was only passed in the house so there is still time. I plan to contact my local state rep. Matt Huffman to voice my opinion on this issue. If this really pisses you off...like it does me then WE have to do something about it before its too late.
