I was thinking about meeting with the manager of the Valley View Quaker Steak and Lube about having a post show after party. The question is how many would be interested in attending.
The plan would be for there to be a area of the lot put aside for us - and then possibly some food and drinks. If we get enough people to commit for awhile I would even be willing to hire a band to come in and play.
I just don't want to plan this and get a band if nobody is going to attend or if a majority of the people are going to leave early. Let me know what you think.

I think if you can get a parking area where we can park and then eat, drink, etc... people would stay... I know that for the people travelling from outside of town, the time spent there would be pretty limited since it's a 2hr drive back, but for the locals, I don't see why not.. Hell, Scoots will buy first round for the s2k crew (since he IS the CO after all ) .....
and I'll get the next round

Things are coming together pretty good. The donations are starting to come in. I have a meeting next week with the manager of the Quaker Steak and Lube in Valley View about the after party. I should have flyers in the next week and they will be mailed out. Make plans on being there June 12th for all the fun.

I just got in a killer signed Danica Patrick car that celebrates her first win. I might have a signed Go Daddy car as well if the car is done before the show. I should have details any day on the after party at Quaker Steak and Lube.
I'm working on having a special (separate) raffle for a 32' HD TV.
