As some of you may remember on 2 September I took my S to Jack Matia Honda to have the headlight assemblies replaced (Mistake #1). When they took my car to the back shop a service tech ran into it putting a small dent in the driver

After dealing with them over the headlights I am not that impressed with Honda's Customer Service. I think the better idea is to buy a Kia!

Do they have a WTD or DBR? That would be a hoot!

Scooterboy, make an appointment with the GM if you haven't already done that and see if he handle the problem to your liking.

I didn't talk to anyone other than the Service Writer. It was all I could do to keep my cool and take it out on someone who didn't deserve it.

And to think, last Monday I was considering a new one but not now!

That blows Dave. We bought our Odessey there and they have serviced it a few times. No complaints but then again, it is a minivan. I think I'll lose their number.

I have had no trouble with the service department. My problem is with the body shop. They are getting one more chance to correct the problems then I am turning it over to my insurance. I do think I will talk to the GM.

Scotty leads the Audi group down there ;they are owned by Kia I think and would be just as fun as watching paint dry
