I grew up in the passenger seat of a Superformance 427 Cobra. My dad sold it 13 years ago and I literally cried when he told me. He soon bought a Viper after that and it sort of filled that hole the cobra left, but not completely. Its the only car that my dad says he wish he could have back after 40+ years of his perpetual car collecting. Now that it is up for sale, and in need of a thorough freshening up, I'm very motivated to get it back. I got to drive it for the first time 2 weeks ago and its addicting. Out of all the exotics I've driven for both work and personal use, it takes the cake. If I end up getting it I invite any of you to drive it to see what I'm talking about. I love my s2000, and will definitely have another one in the future (when $ allows). Nostalgia, and cubic inches has prevailed in this case.
I'll still be around these parts when shes gone and I haven't sold her yet, so no goodbyes just yet haha.

... agreeing with BlueBarchetta. Good luck with the refresh. The Cobra has been one of my dream cars since high school. I look forward to hearing more about the forthcoming acquisition and restoration!
