Default How long to get to work this morning?

Toooooooooo fricking long! 90 min to go 18 miles And this weekend they start more construction and change traffic light timing again. This city is getting nuts for traffic. I might as well live in LA.

Now I need a cup of coffee to settle down since I'm so pissed.

Huh? Where the hell do you drive from and to? Commute from Worthington to near downtown is 20 minutes.

New Albany to downtown. It should only take me 20 minutes also.I am surrounded by construction and the addition of 5 new traffic lights on Hamilton in the past few months. I can not even get to 270 North for the next couple of months due to 161 work. Take half an hour to get to Polaris now also.

Yikes...my girlfriend's mom lives in that area of town. I feel sorry for you. Traffic is going to suck for a long time.

Dave, I feel for you. That construction zone over there is horrendous!

Traveling from Home Road and Sawmill Parkway in Powell to King Avenue and Olentangy River Road...

It takes me 25-30 going to work (7:30 am)
It takes me 20-25 going home (6-8pm)

Overall, not a bad commute as long as you don't forget something and have to go back.

It depends on whether or not someone gets shot on Cleveland Ave. the night before. I will say this, most of Cleveland has been repaved this year.

My record is 4 hours to go 17 miles in Phoenix when someone dumped a body on the highway. I learned to look for news helicopters before choosing my route to work after that. When I left Phoenix last year, it would take me 40-70 minutes to go 25 miles, 22 of that highway. Tuesday was the worst day for traffic there, I think due to ASU's class schedule.
