So just to confirm since I am coming up on Sunday, sometime in the morning I go in through gate 3 to get the tickets and then I go in through gate 1. Before 10 I need to be in the area pictured above? Sorry for what probably seem like simple questions I'm a parade lap virgin, and want to have my ducks in a row before I arrive 
In regards to Sunday, since the race is earlier than usual, I'd shoot for getting to the track around 9-9:30 to avoid some of the crowd and to make sure you get to where we're all parked.

WILL CALL TICKETS must be picked up at Gate 3 Registration Building between the hours of 7am-5pm on each day of the event weekend. After hours, Will Call will be moved to Security at Gate 3. Tickets cannot be picked up by anyone other than the person listed on the ticket envelope. A photo ID and signature will be required at time of pick-up for all Will Call tickets. All Canadian and International orders will be held at Will Call.
Opens at 7am.

Will Call Tickets
I got to the track today around 12 to pick up my tickets at gate 3. All I did was walk up to the Will Call kiosk and tell them I was part of the S2000 parade lap, they asked for my name but for some reason I wasn’t on the list. Luckily one of the lady’s working said that they were giving tickets to anyone who was part of the S2000 group, even if they didn’t appear on the list. I received 2 sets of 4 tickets, x2 Friday x2 Saturday x2 Sunday and x2 Friday-Sunday. As well as 2 paddock wrist bands and an infield pass

Just a heads up for everyone heading to the track today/tomorrow...
On our 120 mile drive from Dayton, we counted 37 Ohio State Highway Patrol vehicles on 70/270/71. They are absolutely out in force this weekend. I've never seen anything like it. Take it slow.

Ohio is trying to get back all their lost registration/license revenue from the past year. I saw maybe 15 state troopers on my drive from Columbus to Mid Ohio yesterday
