For those of you that use a HT during the winter months, have you noticed any abnormal wear on the soft-top from having it folded during the cold time of year? I would think the sharp creases when folded and cold temps would not mix too well, but I haven't heard any negative feedback on that issue.

As Scott mentioned, he did have us over to check out his hardtop and liked it a lot. We will be ordering one this week. Thanks again, Scott, for all your hospitality and thanks to everyone else who offered to help as well.
From pictures, we knew we both liked the way it looked but we were even more impressed with the way it transformed the car once inside.
Interesting how the wind noise is decreased a great deal but engine noise seemed to resonate in the cabin a little more - a good thing in our opinion. Part of that may be attributed to Scott's exhaust (which I didn't know I NEEDED until hearing/feeling his), but I think part of it is also due to the insulation of the hardtop holding the engine noise inside... We didn't hear any rattles or squeaks, which is what we were hoping for, and although Scott mentioned that there was an air leak from one of the seals, we didn't even hear that.
2 more questions things I'm pondering:
1. What is the "windshield tape" I've heard referred to in discussions of the hardtop? Do you leave it on or take it off? What's the difference?
2. On an unrelated note, can anyone recommend a good place to get fenders rolled? I'm looking at some 18" wheels with back tire width 255, and my co-worker who wants to sell them told me that he seems to recall having to get his fenders rolled on his S2000 to prevent rubbing in the rear.
Thanks again

The windshield tape is a strip of black vinyl tape on the strip of metal between the roof and windshield, it totally wraps around the windshield. Under this tape, most cars are painted body color, so some people take the tape off. To me, this makes the car look even more like a Miata, so my tape is still on. There is also no guarantee what the quality of the paint job under the tape is; so you take your chances if you do it... But, lots of folks like the look, and with a matched HT, you might want to go for it.

Alan...
You may have noticed a 1-2 inch piece of black moulding around the side windows on the top. This matches the black "tape" around the wind screen and I think looks very good. It adds to a more aggresice stance of the whole car.

Thanks -
All I know is the wheels are BBS LMs, 18 inch with a 225 tire in the front and 255 in the rear. I will try to pin down more info.
Is rolling the fenders a complicated process? Can damage be done?
Thanks again for all the helpful information!
