In my quest to actually own an s2k, I saw this one Saturday night, only a few hours after they posted it. PMd hardtopguy, he responded almost immediately, ran the VIN, came back clean. I arrainged to meet Jeff at the dealer on Tuesday morning to check it out; if he gave me the thumbs up I was ready to write the check on the spot. Called the dealer first thing Tuesday to see if they could pull it in out of the snow and put it up on a lift - he breaks my heart telling me someone put a deposit on it the day before. Props to Jeff for jumping on this one for me. I keep telling myself it wasn't meant to be, that there is a MY02 GPW with my name on it and this was just an imposter. The search continues.
