I did some ligament damge to my knee in May. Took a couple shots and about 4 months to heal. Stepping on the clutch hurt like crazy and getting in an out was tough too. Since then everything has been minor (lost the nail on my big toe, twisted both ankles on the NCA fields, bumps and bruises from frustrated forwards and strikers, etc.)

Keep in mind BJ I am old and fat. I started playing on a whim this year and while I still have most of my skills, I am hell of a lot slower than I was 20 years ago. Started indoor last week, too.

Yep AllStars Thurs or Fri nights. Same league?

I play defense and have a pretty good line of communication with our keepers. I know their voices and when they call the ball I move to protect them or get out of the way.

Probably the same league. We play on Friday nights. How about you?

I do not see that on the schedule. I think we are in different leagues.

The problem I'm having is that driving the S has been aggravating my sciatic nerve. With all the flying I'll be doing in the next few weeks, I can't afford that. Sucked when the weather was actually decent the last few days, but I was afraid to drive the S because of it.

enduring the swelling and pain from limping around and getting in and out of the S2000 in this state has ended. One more day and it should be 100 percent back to normal. This has been an experience to remember people say the car is tight and uncomfortable getting in and out already, I've experienced it now....having pain in this situation helps to support the claim...but I still don't care...this is a sports car. I look back and I laugh at how difficult these days were with the leg injury. HA. It made me question and try to justify that maybe if I had a bigger car....then that idea was scrapped quickly knowing that this car is too much fun behind the wheel.
