Getting into the car
Just wanted to vent
It's a Biatch getting into the S2000 with a leg injury.
I had a soccer game this sunday where I collided with another player and his knee delivered a heavy blow to my left thigh just above my knee. I don't think it's anything serious besides a deep tissue bruise (diagnosed myself ). I'm still coming into work, the pain is not present if I'm not moving or attempting to lift or support myself with my left leg....although it's especially painful when bending my leg. Reason to vent and relate this to drivign the S2000... Now...this is where it's a biatch getting into the S2000. OUCH! I'm 5"11' and I slide into the driver's seat without a problem by putting my right leg in first. Next is the challenging part with the injury...having to bend my left leg to get my leg in. Pushing the clutch is fine, I just have difficulty getting in and out of the car until I recover from this. Ahhhh Sigh.... o'well, no pain no gain. I don't know if getting into my other car, my integra, would be any easier, but I wouldn't know as I've let someone borrow it, so I just have my S2000 for now.
This is minor discomfort and should go away, and the S2000 is still a great car.

stop whining, I picked up my first S while I had still had my leg/foot boot on after severing my achilles tendon.....i'm sure Brenda from Ganley (past tense) remembers as she did look at me funny when I wanted to test drive it after explaining to her that i had cut my achilles in half ....best of luck to you for a speedy recovery brutha

Even with the pain, I have my laptop open and am chillin in the garage passing out halloween candy. I should be resting but ehh... my doorbell keeps ringing, might as well hang out in the garage with the S2000

You try it with 2 fractures in your pelvis and a couple of broken vertebrae.
Got in OK, driving was a bitch and getting out made it the last time I tried that.
