Does anyone think that it is a little stange that these companies can't find the people that they owe money to, but have no problem hunting to the ends of the earth to find people that own them money.

some of the time , like in my womans case she was charged twice for something but never knew about it.

I got a refund about 10 years ago off this site. I guess I overpaid for something my senior year of college. What really annoyed me was that I was a grad student at the same school for 2 more years, but they couldn't even bother to look me up in their own student directory to give me money back.
