Default Engine seized! Car was towed to the dealership!

Was driving back from work.
Doing about 75mph or so on 6th gear. All of a sudden engine loses power. I thought nothing of it for sec and the car has no power.

Long story short, I had to tow it to Immke Honda and luckly two mechanics were working late and they took the car in. One of the mechanic owns red 2000 S2000 so he was checking things out but we couldn't find any visible problems.

Oil was up to optimum level but the engine would not turn over. Even he was baffled.
He said only time he have seen anything like this was when the car had no oil in it.

So for now the car is sitting in the dealership parking lot and I will find out about the detail sometime this week.

I don't know what to make of it at this point. I like Honda products and owned several of them in the past and all my family drives Honda. But this is rather strange occurance considering the car only has about 11k miles on it.

Anyways, I will keep you guys updated on the news.

What a day....

Do you have good power going to the starter? lights? accessories? Lots of possibilities here. Keep us posted

Engine seized or it just lost power? That could be two very different problems.

I think Engine is seized because everything works in the car except the engine would not turn over.

I am heading to Immke Honda this morning to find out what is happening with the car.

They said they will figure it out soon but I am not a happy camper this morning.

I'm hoping it's something as simple as the ground wire coming off the starter or just a starter issue.Let us know.
