I'll be leaving about 3 PM with my 2 sons. Unless I get one of them to rid in the trunk of the S, we'll be in the Protege 5. We'll watch the Rolex race from the grandstands closest to the tunnel. The better to watch BMWs fly like 2 years ago! Ouch!

We didn't get to meet you all at mid-ohio today...

My wife, son and I were there today from 11:00 to 4:45.

We left right before the big race... the sky was looking a little rough!!

Did you stay for the big race or did it rain?

We hit some serious winds and rain on the way back to Cincinnati from Lexington.

Had a great time looking forward to the Indy Race weekend!!!!

....that's it the heavens opened up about an hour into the race and we planned for a warm dry race (no jackets or rain gear)

We stood under the grandstands for 30 minutes while under a full course caution (is this Nascar ?)

Then decided to head for home ,got home in time to watch the last 40 minutes of the race
