Btw... I know Cleveland was a great event, but I enjoy seeing the cars at Mid Ohio. For me, I can only attend so many races a year... to be able to enjoy ALMS and Indy cars on the same weekend is a win-win in my book.

Just my $.02..I hope they keep both events though... I'd hate to see Mid Ohio lose the race.

For us Clevelanders that "Race on the Lake" was a holiday and a track that you can see the whole thing was rare and a treat.

Losing the Mid-O Race happened when IRL/Cart Split and definitly hope that does not happen again. When the former Champ/Cart Series was at mid-o that was a sight!

I have a guy at the auction today, some serious vintage pace cars and equipment.
