First let me say I appreciate the engineering and effort it takes to put this monster together

However

Anyone moron that runs those speeds on a public highway belongs in jail. Eventually someone will be killed or crippled for life

1200+horsepower in no way shape or form belongs on the street ;it is a total waste of time, money, and common sense

If the owner commissioned this for racing ....fine

For me it is too much dollars and not enough sense

yeah, sorry waste of money. You shouldn't be driving like that on public roads, and the car does to much for you to keep it interesting on a track for very long.
