I am not retarded. I just don't blaze up and give these guys a rash of shit. Trying to be diplomatic. We are all not pompous assholes like you and Rich. We try to be civil...at first. I just got off the phone with them. They are calling the store to get more info. If they give me shit about the miles on the current tires, then I will shift into "UBETIT" mode. no body said anything about giving someone a rash of shit. You have a problem they come up with the solution. You letter was written like a little bitch that was ready to pay to have there F up fixed and whinning about meeting them half way.
To fix your trunk just open it and look at the spare tire cover and at the same time have your wife slam the trunk a couple times I am sure that will fix it.
