I have copied the threads that many of you have left about the rattle in the roof latches. Even though Im no longer a tech I still have some pull with the Jay Honda service dept. I know the tech (Geoff) very well that is going to work on the car (17yrs) and I will put his Honda knowledge against anybody nationally. He has been a master tech since the first cars came out in 1971. I will get involved personally in an attempt get this handled.
Mocky: I will shoot you emails step by step untill your baby is quiet. Just in case I did order some Gorilla glue and some duct tape.

Poor. They informed me they would not be checking out my instrument cluster because my car has been involved in a front collision before. As such, they wouldn't even look at it. I have a few lights not working like door ajar, trunk open.
The one thing they would do is replace my radio access door as it does not automatically fold down when you touch it as it should. Well, it took a week for the part to come in, and I took it up there special one night to get it replaced. Well, they didn't even order the correct part, so now I have to wait another week.
I'm in Brunswick, so Medina (Rick Roushe) is closer anyway. I'll probably try them in the future.
Thanks for all the feedback, though!

i'm going to endorse the parts department at jay honda, but i may have a thing or two to say when it comes to warranty work there.
just came back from toronto this weekend, and i seriously question how they drove my car for 30 miles and didn't hear my roof latches rattling. i got to hear it for 5.5 hours up, and 5.5 hours back.
