Default Clevelanders...

Taking mine into Sunnyside in Middleburg Heights tomorrow for some knitpicky stuff I wanted corrected before the warranty expired.

Where do you gets yours serviced? Also, what kind of experiences have you had?

I have no experience with them but I hear jack matia is good.

BTW Jack Matia is in Elyria, a 15-20 min drive from Westlake. Where are you from?

I just got some misc parts from sunnyside within the past few weeks and all went well. Not sure about service there though. I went to check out a S2000 (with no interest of buying) because it was just sitting there when I drove by. It was Honda certified and missing pieces in the engine bay such as the plastic radiator plate (I think thats what it is. It's where the "service a/c" is at) and also the airbox lid. There were tons of swirl marks on the paint, and wax all over in the creases. and the clutch stuck for almost a second when you lifted up off of it. But I've had good experience there.

Myself and my family have had nothing but good experiences at Medina Honda, which is now Rick Roush Honda - including the service department.

I've been going to Jay Honda for almost 10 years and have had 0 problems. Whether Accord, Civic, S2000 Ap1 and/or Ap2, I've had great success with them.
My Ap2 is at the dealership right now actually, and my girlfriend's Ap1 was there last week (oil change).

They have a great parts dept. as well. Ask for Bill Turk. He has been helping me with an issue with my Comptech exhaust (that I didn't buy from him) and went way~~ above and beyond what I would have expected in getting me a new exhaust under warranty. www.autohondapart.com is their website as well.

I buy all my Honda parts from Motorcars Honda, I still get great pricing, even though I don't work there anymore.

The only servicing I've done to my s2k, is oil changes which I do at my dealership now. If there was a Honda problem, pending the problem...I'd take it to Motorcars Honda.

Especially since they're open til 3:00am M-TH.

if you're on the East side go to Jay's, if you're on the West side go to Jack Matia, if you're South around Akron just drive to Marysville and go to Marysville Honda and if you're in the Columbus area then it's Marysville again all the way

Bill has been very good to us. So good that I drive 6 hours to get my oil changed. (Okay, I drive to Cleveland for more than just an oil change. )
